Conflict between healthcare professionals, patients and families has become an increasingly significant phenomenon in healthcare. It can have long-lasting impact on everyone involved. When the courts are asked to decide, complex and often tragic cases can become public battlegrounds.

In this Conflict Cafe, our guest hosts, leading health and social care law barrister, Victoria Butler-Cole KC and Dr Jaime Lindsey, discuss what professionals working in health and social care might learn from some of these high profile cases. Their presentation will be followed by a short Q&A.
